Once a great city... by ChanceZero Once a great city... by ChanceZero
A photo-shoot in a half-built building with additional retouch.

The idea of the shoot is a scout wandering upon the ruins of a city destroyed by a technological cataclysm. Surviving the enemies, searching for artefacts long forgotten, free and on his own...

Thank you. No, both the photos and retouching was done by Evgeniy Gorbatiuk - it's his professional touch to add much effects to a photo. But the face is mine ), and all the items have been made by myself.

Well, there could have been no older model since it was my photo-session and my idea. But then, if you wait about 10 years... :)

Very cool concept, capture and cosplay! :D

...If I may critique one thing that I notice on a lot of people's blended images, your light sources are conflicting. :( (above and in front for the person and below, behind and to the right for the airships)

Maybe. It seems he took the back from some complete image with other lighting angle.
Although it is possible that close light has one direction and far one has another, can't it be now? For example, a lamp somewhere before the character, the dispersed sunlight on the zeppelins...

"For example, a lamp somewhere before the character, the dispersed sunlight on the zeppelins..."

Well, that was my point. If the lamp had been preset to over, to the right and behind, then the light sources would have agreed, and I might add, it might have had a more dire cast on his features?

I love the shoot idea! I'm tempted to use that idea in a graphic novel, possibly a manga.

It will be a pleasure to see the idea from a new point of view, you have my deepest grant to use it!
